Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Locations & Times

We ship worldwide 🌍

  • U.S. orders: 3–5 business days

  • Europe (apparel): 3–7 business days

  • Europe (vinyls & CDs): 7–14 business days

  • Worldwide: up to 14 business days

Please note that vinyls and CDs currently ship from our U.S. warehouse only, while apparel may be fulfilled from our European or U.S. locations depending on stock availability.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and product type.
We’re working on adding a European fulfillment center for music items to lower shipping costs for EU fans.


Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or their timing.


Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is shipped.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, contact us at info@storefrontrecords.com.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
