If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — simple as that.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@storefrontrecords.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the correct return address.
Please note:

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Returned items without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we’re happy to exchange it.
Just email us at info@storefrontrecords.com, and we’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Non-returnable items
Certain products, such as digital downloads or gift cards, cannot be returned.
We’ll always specify this on the product page when applicable.
